After risking my life to cross the Iron Curtain, to free myself from the communist dictatorship that crippled the hearts and minds of my generation, the USA made it possible for me to start a real life. I was 25 years old at that time. After living the first quarter century of my life in the vacuum that communism created, when I arrived in America in 1974, I was like a newborn baby. It had been a struggle to grow up, it had taken many years to catch up with my age.
The communists probably believed they had the right to use force to make everyone „equal”. The problem with that is that equality can not be the purpose of our existence.
I think our Creator wants all of us to evolve freely. Everyone has the right to choose his or her own path.
If we don't give up that right, the Creator will shield us from those
who want to do us harm or lead us in the wrong direction.
I would like to share what I had learned about tyranny and how I defeated it.
